Very Poor service
Hello VERY DESSAPOINTED WITH THIS TRAVELSTART . I bought my return Ticket online to travel to DRC with Airlink and the booking ref has been issued . Arriving at the till the was no ticket in the system . I tried to call, the refer me to some kind of stupid online WhatsApp etc... I bought myself other tickets directly with Airlink . Never Never used this nonsense company . The worse is the cannot pick up calls and ask to send emails to stupid urgent@travelstart.com and no one is replying. I need my refund . My booking ref is ZA08485563 ( Kaluw)
