I tried to resolve an error code on my decoder via the App and couldn't. I then tried speaking to a person who advised me to take the decoder to the Multichoice offices. I have now been sitting outside in the heat for a number of hours watching a very slow moving queue. Some people are purely here to get a remote. Surely there's a more efficient way of doing this. This reminds me of a Home Affairs queue. This will be the final nudge for many disgruntled Multichoice customers. Quite shocking for the excessively high subscriptions we pay. Please don't use the cop out of hiding behind Covid-19.
This company is a complete scam. They appear very good and professional to start with. Their sales pitch is very convincing and lures you into a sense of great things to come. Very well spoken staff and a good looking website but is fake. their premises are in the middle of a lake. When you ask for some of your amazing returns to be paid out they disappear. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY
