For the second time in a couple of weeks I have had outstanding service from Discovery Insure - and specifically from their Claims Consultants. This time round my claim related to the replacement of a burst geyser. The whole claims process was handled for me by consultant Celeste Ndlovu. Suffice to say that she was outstanding, my overall experience could not have been better, and the claim was settled immediately.
#DiscoveryDidGood. My car unexpectedly broke down in Caledon (Western Cape) last week. I needed to get it towed back to Cape Town. Aziz & Wanda on the Discovery emergency assistance helpline were extremely helpful and empathetic. My problem was resolved quickly and effectively; and I received follow-up calls from Aziz to ensure that I was ok. Great service - much appreciated.
I was disappointed with my order: first time round they delivered two left shoes (not a left-right pair); and second time round they delivered the wrong colour and wrong size. The saving grace in all of this was the customer service I got from Dada, which was responsive and empathetic. And importantly, in the end I got a full refund. So no shoes, but really good service - thank you Dada!
I received really good, empathetic and responsive service relating to my Discovery Insure policy renewal from the consultant: Zimkita Sundu. She tipped the balance for me in my decision to remain with Discovery. I am a grateful and satisfied customer.
Exemplary service received from "Discovery Insure Emergency Roadside Service". The consultant I dealt with - Aretha Tobias - was empathetic, sensitive and proactively helpful. I couldn't have wished for better.
