Leroymerlin fourways
Fourways Leroymerlin terrible experience. Went there 4x from PTA and they keep on giving us the wrong fitting. Who's compensating me for my petrol and R750x2 for the builder waiting for me to get back with the correct fitting? All they say is sorry.. Really? Want to give me a R250 voucher! To do what with? Soooo sorry I spent so much money with them.. Eventually the supplier helped.. Not Leroy Merlin

I went to Absa Menlyn at 15h00 today.. Just to realize there is only 1 cashier and a row of customers. As we have a business account I really do not want to stand in a queue for 40 plus minutes.. Really.. No bulk teller? Only 1 teller for all. When I complained to Nthabiseng.. The Host.. Se walk away.. Came back and said nothing.. On approaching her again.. She told me there is nobody else to help.. I told her that it's not acceptable. She told me well it is like that.. Obviously I was extremely upset and annoyed I told her I would report this.as I do not feel that it's right to treat a business account holder the same as to a person depositing R100.. She then said."please do that" whaaat? We are part of her salary!!! I wanted her name from the teller upon which the manager was also at the teller and wanted me for a discussion in her office after they have wasted an hour of my time... Yeah long story short.. Don't think the manager and host is going to up their service.. Sad.. We are on level 1 now.. Surely they can have move tellers to assist!! Really thinking of taking my business account to a bank that wants us as clients and is willing to go the extra mile
