I've found it necessary on a number of occasions to call upon the technical expertise and vast experience relating to computer hassles including software and hardware. Starting with phone calls and embracing everything from access through their security measures to receptionists being polite and friendly and the IT specialists knowing exactly and within minutes what the diagnosis and prognosis and solution/s is/are . Absolutely brilliant. They are clearly headache vaporisers.
Customer service at 14th ave head office is abissmal. Customers regularly spend 1-4 hours + waiting to be attended to. Obviously the ivory tower executives don't give a stuff about service. It's been like this to my knowledge and personal experience for at least 5 months. Disgusting!!!
