There is a Guy by the name of Melcom Adam contacting me people via fb messenger claiming that he is working for FinYou finance and his based in Ballito KZN. He has a team of people named Mrs Rowanna Singh and Adrian Gounden whom are de*****ing people. They have managed to take a total of R2200 from me to get a loan approved. When they asked for another 2.5k . That's when I decided to investigate them... Adam comes across as very convincing and pushy as well. Adrian is the so called branch manager who overrides loan applications and charges a fee. Mrs Singh is a lady that you need to obtain an ITC admin letter and charges a fee as well. Melcom is the one doing the talking. I have opened up a charged against him for theft n *****.
On the 14th of Feb, my husband & I visited the restaurant for a takeaway dinner. The restaurant was extremely busy therefore we opted for a takeaway, the food we ordered was to the value of R450. To our amazement the, 1.The muscles sauce had water mixed in it and was extremely weak. 2.The calamari was refried, rubbery and burnt, more like biltong. 3.The prawns was over cooked and stuck to the shell which made it extremely difficult to eat. 4.The rice was hard which perhaps was not fully cooked. 5.The chips was refried and could have been left overs given to us. To our disappointment, I decided to give the restaurant a call and complain about this food the next day as we frequently visit this store and always spend our hard earned money by treating ourselves to some luxury food, the manager then referred me to the head office customer service who then calls me back and forth for a whole week and all we get is an apology and they are sorry about this, there is nothing they can do for us and once again you are welcome to take it up further. I cannot believe this store who we are regulars at would treat their "valued customers" in this manner, I did explain to every person I had contact with from this franchise that I am not just complaining as I want a "free meal" but rather i get what we pay for. As My husband and I actually got running tummy from eating such stale old food or under done food I have pictures and videos (yes videos of all the above comments on items) just to have the evidence of what food we recieved. Unfortuntely we could not take the food back as we was already at home and it was already 9pm, it would have been too late and I'm pretty sure if our safety would have been compromised. What I would like to find out is, is this the type of quality of food that we now receiving from the Ocean basket North Beach branch or was it that you guys were under staffed and over capacitated that you could not handle the volume of customers and not deliver the food that a customer deserves? Due to the fact that I receive such poor response from the Ocean basket team, I request a full refund or voucher of my order or a redo of my full meal to the same value that we had purchased, this time please can we have fresh food will customers who receive poor quality food just get an apology for their horrible experience whilst the store still gains their funds and makes profit? Thanks to Ocean Basket for spoiling our valentines dinner and if this goes in vain know that you will be losing a regular customer who will not be shy to post my evidence of our experience since you do not care about your customers experience.

I request a full refund of my order or a redo of my full meal to the same value that we had spent, fresh food will be the best apology for this horrible experience.
