After ordering a couch and an ottoman in early December, I promptly decided that the items were not the correct ones for me. I cancelled the order immediately. When ordering I was told it was a 2-3 week delivery period. Two days later, the order was dispatched anyway, even though I had cancelled the order and recieved confirmation that it was cancelled. They then went and delivered the order to my work and not home address, without my consent, as they couldn't reach me on the phone. It has now been 6 weeks, and two weeks ago their couriers eventually came and collected the items after a whole lot of struggling with them. The courier somehow has managed to lose the couch in transit. I have sent a scan and a photo of the waybill, but more than 6 weeks later I am still out of pocket with no feedback from Cielo regarding the refund. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with, everything that could have been *****ed up by them has managed to materialise.
Do not buy anything from this company, that's my advice! I bought about R5k worth of clothing, which none of the items fitted me properly, so I returned it with their courier. Their courier then lost my package and delivered a different package with curtains or a duvet cover or something like that in to them. Now they are withholding my refund!!! I will never ever buy from them again, worst online retailer in SA in my opinion!
If there was a zero rating to give, I would give it to Premium Steel. A week after requesting a refund because they could not complete the order placed online and there has not been any communication from them. I am thinking this is an online scam and I will never see my money again.
I placed an order after being quoted on the transport as an extra on my order, which was about R700. After 5 days I phoned their offices to find out what is going on with my order, firstly to get no answer, at which point I left a message on their answering service. I then proceeded to call again a while later, when I was greeted by the most unpleasant human being to I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to on the phone. I was informed that my order could not be processed as they do not deliver to my area, despite the quote including the delivery address. When I questioned this process I was told that I should simply not have made use of them, I guess I will be ordering from elsewhere now. I have requested a refund, so will see how long that takes.
