I purchased a car with dekra report stating the only threat to the car being roadworthy is a stone chip on its window. I also explicitly asked the salesman if Webycars will cover the costs for any issues not stated on the dekra report, to which he responded affirmatively. The car then failed its roadworthy (also at dekra), and Webuycars simply is not interested in discussing the matter, never mind taking any ownership of the problem. The sales guy also disappeared.
Order delivered quickly. Had a product issue. Reported it. Was collected quickly. Was given the option of a refund, which I took. Received the refund quickly. If these guys can keep up this type of customer service they will kill takealot and keep amazon out of the country!
They do not respond to requests to stop spam. Do not let these people get hold of your contact details; they will cling like a thistle to wool!
Getting bombarded with marketing without being to able to unsubscribe. Getting constant emails, SMS's, and app notifications. After mailing them, they instructed me to change my marketing preferences on the app which I did (and to which I never consented btw), but the spam continues. They then informed me to go to a branch. My phone is busy as it is, but productively so - I cannot entertain forced, unwanted communication.
Best service, delivery time and product range. Only praises from my side!
No way to cancel a contract, and they have all the time and resources in the world to keep you busy. Don't get a Telkom contract!
Don't know how they got my email, but have been spamming me nonstop for a long time. Unsubscribe function fails. Have requested action via mail multiple times, but no response. Have tried to phone the number on their website, but it goes to to a different company altogether. I recommend it better to avoid this setup.
