CLIENTELE FUNERAL POLICY ****
Good day, I am very disappointed with Clientele Life. Such a big company yet you teach your sales agents to be ******. I would like to cancel this funeral plan with immediate effect. They promise groceries support of R2000 a month to their unemployed clients, not telling you they are referring to discount vouchers on certain products which you don't have money to buy in the first place. I immediately canceled the funeral policy from inception and they confirmed in writing the cancelation will be processed without any instalment deducted from my account. Needless to say, they DID deduct the instalment anyway and not even your bank can assist you to reverse the debit order! They load the debit order as an "Authorised Mandate". Careful of the benefits they promise as part of this funeral policy, they are not sharing the whole truth when convincing you to sign up! They **** you into signing up by making the benefits sound awesome but they do not share the fine print so to speak!

Definitely recommend.
Best salad, quick service, awesome pizza, great prices. Definitely recommend the Lucy's choice salad! Lots of garnishment and just enough lettuce. ***

Avoid!
If you enjoy poor service this is the place for you. No accountability, blame shifting, poor service. They expect the customers to accommodate their shortcomings instead of accommodating the clients. We changed our order to accommodate their out of stocks and eventually canceled the entire order and left.
