I would have given 0 stars if that was an option! I have opened a case of ***** with SAPS - and suggest everyone else who has written a negative review does the same - it’s the only way to stop this man! I order over R5000 in January and it’s mid May and still nothing! I would also suggest reporting this business to Wendy Knowler!
If I could give them zero stars I would! Appalling customer service and general apathy from agents. Service was disconnected despite payment being made via the app 5 days before the due date. 2 days after logging a complaint and sending proof of payment im still waiting to be reconnected
Telkom - your “service” is APPALLING!! I have spent most of the day trying to get my wifi reconnected - I have spoken to 8 different people and still nothing! The level of incompetence is mind boggling! Who will be compensating me for a lost business day?
