Great service with problematic component
I buy a lot of components from them. I bought a GeForce 3070 from them, and when installing it that evening, it was dead. I e-mailed them and took it back the next morning, and they immediately tested it, acknowledged that it was dead, did me a favour by swopping it out with one in their workshop build stock, and tested it with me to make sure it worked. In this current time of extreme GPU shortages, that was really nice of them. Thanks Johan et al. - great and friendly service! Fourie Joubert

No goods reveived - waiting for refund
Never received the goods. One month has gone by. Asked for refund last week. Will see what happens.

Seems to be a scam - no goods delivered
Checked stock and ordered from them on 26 February 2021 (3-5 days for delivery). It is now 12 March. No goods delivered. They keep telling me when I phone or e-mail the that the goods would arrive the next day. Now, they are no longer answering the phone. Looks like a scam. Many other complaints about them have appeared on various internet sites over the last few days.
