So decided to give these guys a try. Judging now by all the complaints I am not surprised at all that they let me down. They advertised model of soundcard at a specific spec on their website which I ordered. What I received was the lower spec model of the same brand. When I queried it no apology was offered instead the blame game was played. At least they offered to refund me however this was still a let down.

Bought a power supply for my son's gaming pc and installed the PS at home. It wouldn't power up at all. Took it back to them, they sorted it out, the problem must have been a bad connection somewhere. JP ended up redoing all the wiring in the PC, which had been terrible. He spent over an hour rerouting and rearranging all the wiring on the PC. The machine looked like a million bucks, in comparison, after he was finished. Did not charge me a cent for his work. That's good service, I will buy again from them.

Bought a power supply for my son's gaming pc and installed the PS at home. It wouldn't power up at all. Took it back to them, they sorted it out, the problem must have been a bad connection somewhere. JP ended up redoing all the wiring in the PC, which had been terrible. He spent over an hour rerouting and rearranging all the wiring on the PC. The machine looked like a million bucks, in comparison, after he was finished. Did not charge me a cent for his work. Went online the 4th Jan and saw the WD 1TB SSD was listed for R1799 and I calld them and confirmed that they have stock and they had. Drove 40km to go and get it just to hear they said no its showing as R2799 that was only a Christmas special and its expired. But I took a screen shot of the special same day that morning. But they said sorry they cant give it to me for that price. So disappointing. How can 4 days make such a big difference and why did their website that morning said the low price but in the afternoon it was changed.

Paying options at this company is limited and resulted in a waiting period for collection. With better communication or options such as Payfast this could have been avoided. For this reason I would rather recommend and support competitors we have used in the past.

Retarded After sales support. They drag out 7 days cooldown period. 1. Emailing the "RMA" people, I had to beg them for information, all they said was "send it" surely he knows his job is to do 1 thing... 2. rage expo, item box was given to me damaged, sales rep just shoved me away. 3. power supply bought at rage expo smoked as i plugged it in there, even with a few witnesses, the sales rep refused that such a thing happened because he tested it and it switched on. 4. mouse only lasted 1 year coincidentally after a few days of warranty expiration. 5. received goods that were opened and was attempted to be closed with masking tape over the original seal. 6. HDD bought underperforms, they scan for bad sectors and do a simple test of which none of the problems that I listed were even tested. literally my 5 year old 5400rpm drive has never once frozen. neither has the duplicate of the mentioned drive i bought elsewhere (3 years ago). and yet they want to convince me nothing is wrong, that i bought a godly tuned drive and their one is the standard.

I buy a lot of components from them. I bought a GeForce 3070 from them, and when installing it that evening, it was dead. I e-mailed them and took it back the next morning, and they immediately tested it, acknowledged that it was dead, did me a favour by swopping it out with one in their workshop build stock, and tested it with me to make sure it worked. In this current time of extreme GPU shortages, that was really nice of them. Thanks Johan et al. - great and friendly service! Fourie Joubert

My son bought a mouse. After he open the box the mouse was to small for his hand. He took the mouse back the next day. There was nothing wrong with the mouse. The sales person did not want to take it back because my son opened the box. He was prepared to buy a new box and lose some money but the sales person did not want to reason or understand the situation. My son did not buy the box he bought the content and according to my knowledge we have 7 days to return a item. We will not go back to that company.
