So decided to give these guys a try. Judging now by all the complaints I am not surprised at all that they let me down. They advertised model of soundcard at a specific spec on their website which I ordered. What I received was the lower spec model of the same brand. When I queried it no apology was offered instead the blame game was played. At least they offered to refund me however this was still a let down.
I have to admit that I have not had a single days bad service from the guys at RocketNet. Support service is quick and efficient as well as always friendly and polite. I had a problem on New Years day and I managed to get support within 2min from them and resolution within 30min. That is what I am paying for. Top notch service. Keep on rocking guys!
Over all they are very quick to answer and assist with support queries on their gaming servers and are available on weekends. They are very professional.
I have had the worst customer experience ever with these incompetent group of fools. It has now taken them 5 days and they still haven't completed their installation. Instead I received a email stating that my installation was completed with a object number. Turns out the object number they gave me belongs to another installation and already has a service activated on it. I was then told that I must log a ticket with service provider to remove the service so that they can correct their mistake. I really don't have anything good to say about this company and would strongly suggest other consumers to rather seek other providers.
