Poor Service Delivery After giving Home-Connect a month to set up and activate an account, it has been an un-ending battle which resulted in poor service delivery and non-existent customer service. After a numerous days and countless calls, they keep pushing blame to metro fiber, then when i call metro fibre they say they don't even know about any activation or order that was put in. Thus is really very bad customer service.
Went online the 4th Jan and saw the WD 1TB SSD was listed for R1799 and I calld them and confirmed that they have stock and they had. Drove 40km to go and get it just to hear they said no its showing as R2799 that was only a Christmas special and its expired. But I took a screen shot of the special same day that morning. But they said sorry they cant give it to me for that price. So disappointing. How can 4 days make such a big difference and why did their website that morning said the low price but in the afternoon it was changed.
