Well... Im back again. Furious with Excella finance. The telephone conversation I had with them this morning, just proofed once again... I was told that I would receive my money back within 3 days. That was told to me on Thursday 22 April 2021. I phoned today to find out when I am receiving my money back, They tell me I must first go and apologise on Hello Peter before they will give me back my money!!!! Is this right? they want me to apologise but they did not proof me wrong in any of the agreements I had with them. They are worried about their name being tarnished but what about my service that I was expecting. Money I paid for a service they offered!!! Agreement was made: I pay them R4500.00 and I get my loan. No where in the agreement was mentioned that I will have to pay another R5922. (I specifically asked them of any other fees) and I was told no. I paid them the R4500.00 but did not receive any loan so I want my money back. Now they are giving me ultimatums or I wont get my money back!!! This will definitely become a case. This is absurd and not legitimate at all.
This company approved a loan for me, but I had to pay in an insurance fee. After that the whole discussion changed as to what we discussed and Im requested to pay more than was told I can pay. Now I havent received any loan yet and I am struggling to get my money back from them. They are not honest when dealing with their customers. I want my money back.
After my complaint on hellopeter, I was contacted by FNB... They AGAIN requested the information to send the card and I am still going to have to wait for another 3 to 5 days for my card to be delivered, even though I have been waiting for months now. Secondly, No-one has contacted me yet, regarding my unpaid debit order fees that were deducted from my account, even though I requested for those certain debit orders to be disputed and stopped. I am still very unhappy with fnb and will not be banking with them for much longer... As soon as I am able to get my salary and two policy debits changed to my new bank, I will be leaving fnb.
I am a private client. I ordered a card in january 2021 a new card for my account. I have up till today not received it and because of this i was stranded last week infront of a shop. They wanted to issue me a temp card but it does not have the full functions of a normal card, which i needed at that time. I phoned yesterday again to find out where the card is. Agent asked me where i would like it delivered, which means that its not even on its way yet. I was also informed that an extra charge of R200 will be payable if i want the card to be delivered urgently!!!! Really now!!!! Then its debit orders i disputed and requested for it to be stopped so it wont go off my account. Still this month it went off... i unpaid it. I was charged unpaid fees of almost R500 for debit orders that wasnt even suppose to go off my account. I am honestly very angry at fnb and the service I got even though Im a private client, was not acceptable to me. As soon as possible i will be leaving fnb to go to another bank that will look after me and have my best interest at heart.
