Took in my cellphone for repairs on the 6th of February. Got feedback from Samsung repairs on the 19th of February saying my device had been repaired. I have been checking in with in Weekly since then and i have not received any communication unless i was the one calling or going to the store. Today is the 13th of March. I went in to check.. My phone had arrived earlier in the week and they has not called to say anything. The staff did not even to care when i asked about the delay. The store manger did not even take any responsibility for it. He said it was because the guy in charge of phones had not been coming to work.
