Lakeside Mall, the best mall in Africa!
This is the best mall ever! I visit this mall almost every day and I always feel safe. All shops are so convenient to shop at, the staff is so friendly. I can really recommend Lakeside Mall to any person!

Lakeside Mall, the best mall in Africa!
This is the best mall ever! I visit this mall almost every day and I always feel safe. All shops are so convenient to shop at, the staff is so friendly. I can really recommend Lakeside Mall to any person!

Pathetic service d
Went today to do a swop my brother bought a fleece top on account on saturday ..the size was small he is based in Bloemfontein and I'm in Benoni. I went there to do a Swop not Refund! But thy couldn't help me the item still had it's own Swing Ticket all that they were worried About was Loadshadding at 18h00 never Received Such Pathetic service...I am a customer support my job entitles meeting customer's expectations!!!From those lAdies there Was None to Get me out of the Store!! Is this how Customers are Treated??? I had the invoice in my phone though they should have let me Exchange I will add the Difference!! Please advise on Wayforward I need this matter be resolved before Saturday it's his Birthday.

Lakeside mall
Besides the fact of the beautiful little lake next to the mall, it gets extremely full and packed with people which makes the overall experience a little uncomfortable. Otherwise there are a lot of different shops to view and many friendly staff ? security guards are also quite friendly when asking for any assistance. A pity though there is no cinema here, would've loved to catch a movie during my visit! #WIN

Lakeside mall

Have to spend R20 to swip your card
I went to buy a 1 liter Coca cola for R16. 99 the cacher wouldent let me swip my card unless its ubove R20 l call the manager this law is set by the owner

Repairs
Took in my cellphone for repairs on the 6th of February. Got feedback from Samsung repairs on the 19th of February saying my device had been repaired. I have been checking in with in Weekly since then and i have not received any communication unless i was the one calling or going to the store. Today is the 13th of March. I went in to check.. My phone had arrived earlier in the week and they has not called to say anything. The staff did not even to care when i asked about the delay. The store manger did not even take any responsibility for it. He said it was because the guy in charge of phones had not been coming to work.

Unique piercing in LAKESIDE MALL
So i went to unique piercings at lakeside mall benoni. The shop is next spur. I went there to buy a tongue ring. The woman working there told me straight in the face that I'll have to wait for her to finish doing whatever(tattoo) she was doing on the other girl. They were so racist by maing remarks i dont even want to mention here. I was so disgusted its a pity i was with my kids otherwise it would have been another story... I cannot believe lakeside mall could rent out to such RACISTS!!!

Stolen car
My car was stolen yesterday at lakeside mall while working inside. The funniest thing is i gave them the time frame on what happened and 24 hours later they still havent seen my car leaving the mall. Their sense of urgency has reduced the chances of me getting back my car by 100%. They only have cameras on exits as they say. Not a safe place after all, worse i work there
