This company has the worst customer support. If you call them they keep you 20minutes holding, their WhatsApp help platform will keep changing the person helping you. They escalate and abandon you. I wish i never bought their products, my business is at a halt🤮😭😭😭
My car was stolen yesterday at lakeside mall while working inside. The funniest thing is i gave them the time frame on what happened and 24 hours later they still havent seen my car leaving the mall. Their sense of urgency has reduced the chances of me getting back my car by 100%. They only have cameras on exits as they say. Not a safe place after all, worse i work there
The worst experience when you order ice cream and it takes 30 minutes to come
Their support division is just way too inefficient. I have now spent more money on airtime to get my issues resolved but they dont seem to care, you pay invoices to just never get service, ever.
