Pathetic service d

Went today to do a swop my brother bought a fleece top on account on saturday ..the size was small he is based in Bloemfontein and I'm in Benoni. I went there to do a Swop not Refund! But thy couldn't help me the item still had it's own Swing Ticket all that they were worried About was Loadshadding at 18h00 never Received Such Pathetic service...I am a customer support my job entitles meeting customer's expectations!!!From those lAdies there Was None to Get me out of the Store!! Is this how Customers are Treated??? I had the invoice in my phone though they should have let me Exchange I will add the Difference!! Please advise on Wayforward I need this matter be resolved before Saturday it's his Birthday.
