They debit on the wrong dates before your salary date so that your premiums laps.i call headoffice many times and being send to branch i went there 3 times but same mistajes happens with unathorised debit date .that 2 woman brought cops at branch were not mad
On Friday morning I went to Mr price to pay balance and close my account than I was told to wait 24hrs before than I went saterday again I was told that an error was made on my payment which is overpaid and reversed that amount. Proceed to cellphone counter to call head office to stop airtime that is transferred to my account and close account another story that I must paid 1.30 again than I pay it waiting for Tuesday to close it than another story today Wednesday I call head office I hold until my airtime finished such inconvenience and incompetence in stores. No one call back to assist customet
I had a contract phone hauwei p50 pocket and I plus insurance my problem is my phone screen is broken I went to eastrandmall branch I was told my insurance is canceled of which I never cancel it .I want to know why
Poor service from mi way insurance i log a cliaim for my son's car insurance which am paying for it .the car stop moving thinking its battery however the machanic told us its ulternater which must be replaced now its three weeks we claim we are told to take ca r to diagnostic test but the car is not moving at all i call for help to tow the car i was told i will get help today am being told they can't tow it people are at work are *********** not happy at all
I had excellent service from witility energy they install my solar the staff in excellent professional time keeping and reliable when they finish working they tidy the place as neat as i like it thank you witility am very happy😂😂 also the office and admin excellent communication skills
I log a complain in regards to my home fridge as it is not working its complete hot they send someone to assess it last week thursday the assessor told me the fridge problem is compressor and computer is off as well he send pics to kingprice for report Since than i didn't receive a call or email until todat i call I was told it won't be replaced So why am i paying the policy which is not helping me .its stories they tell me . I tried my best to fix it before i do claim but still a problem th service is bad

Yesterday i was at HQ tyres eastramdmall northrand road near standard bank the service there is poor especially to blacks i went there with my son to look for tyres my son ask for voyager ttyre he was told that they don"t have it maybe other stores as we wait there for them to check on system which branch that have same tyres no one was helping we wait until we left this is second experience i had with them
