Very happy with the assistance I got from Wetility regarding my issue. I called in to Bongiwe and Xiluluva who got technician Lesego to come out and attend to my issue, what a lovely, friendly gentleman. He explained everything to me and sorted the problem out.

Be careful. They promise you a lot, but deliver bad work. Firstly it took over 2 weeks to get them to get the city to approve my application. They blamed computer error and city. City says nothing wrong their side. Next the installation. They dont really clean up after themselves. They drilled incorrect holes in my wall only to plaster it over. Bent my ibr roof panel, did some weird sealer thing job, just looked totally ****. Then when you try ask why such back work etc, how to fix etc, no real response. So by now, there is no love lost between them and myself. So I suggested, why not give me some compensation? maybe a month off etc. But they just dont respond with an answer. They keep passing the buck to someone else. NOt very good customer service once you have the installation done.

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the service received from I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the service received from wetility . We invested in a solar system because we have been without electricity since June last year(2025), and we are paying almost R5,000 per month for this system. For such a large monthly installment, the level of service and support we are receiving is completely unacceptable. We logged a fault on Saturday (16/05/2026)with reference:45028)because the batteries were not charging. A technician only arrived on Friday(22/05/2026), and after working on the system, they left without properly restoring everything, resulting in the system still not functioning correctly. This shows a serious lack of care, professionalism, and quality control. Since then, we have made numerous calls reporting that the system is still not working. We were promised that a technician would come this past Saturday(23/05/2026), yet nobody arrived and nobody communicated with us. We are constantly forced to chase after updates ourselves, while the company fails to return calls or provide proper feedback, the consultant I spoke to is xiluva and she advised to escalate this matter to her senior but never returned the call. What makes this situation even worse is that we had an important family ceremony at our home, and due to the system failure, we were left embarrassed in front of our guests with no lights. It is unacceptable that customers paying thousands every month should experience this level of inconvenience and poor service delivery. At this point, it feels like Wetility only prioritizes collecting payments while neglecting customer support and accountability when problems arise. We demand urgent intervention, proper communication, and a permanent resolution to this issue. Customers deserve reliable service, especially when paying such significant monthly installments.Tell me how this is fair on us to pay for a service that we not even getting💔
