Wow. Went to Soneike to race. Staff really helpful. Had a great time there. New motion rig is a blast.
Be careful. They promise you a lot, but deliver bad work. Firstly it took over 2 weeks to get them to get the city to approve my application. They blamed computer error and city. City says nothing wrong their side. Next the installation. They dont really clean up after themselves. They drilled incorrect holes in my wall only to plaster it over. Bent my ibr roof panel, did some weird sealer thing job, just looked totally ****. Then when you try ask why such back work etc, how to fix etc, no real response. So by now, there is no love lost between them and myself. So I suggested, why not give me some compensation? maybe a month off etc. But they just dont respond with an answer. They keep passing the buck to someone else. NOt very good customer service once you have the installation done.
Utterly disgusting service delivery from Makro Online Cape Town. Never again I ordered 3 items on the 14 Dec for Christmas. Online processed the order and said delivery will be the 24th Dec. Not once did they say they cant complete the order or that it will arrive in 3 parts. I was under the impression, Makro will deliver. Today on the 24th, I have only recieved 1 of part 3. I called them as am now getting worried. Online support say the vendors are closed and there is nothing they can do about it. I am now down 2 Christmas presents. They dont care. All they can say is that they will esculate it and resolve it after Christmas. Well, that defets the object of having it as a Christmas present. Why did they then not say they cant deliver it on time? Why leave it to me to try sort the day they supposed to deliver it? Seriously. I am absolutly disgusted in Makro Online. No support offered to me, nothing. Last time I ever use it.
Pathetic service. Quick to take your money, but lacks service delivery. I have tried for 3 days, many many phone calls and emails, yet I still cant get my parcel delivered. When it was supposed to be delivered, but said I was not home, even though I was as I was waiting for it. Over the next 2 days I got excuses like, the driver was fired, have a new driver delivering it, yet the cant get hold of the driver. I have given up hope for the parcel and have emailed the company asking for a refund. Still waiting to hear. My advise, DONT use them.
I was gathering in, told them I'm not going to use their company. For almost 2 weeks now they have been bombarding me to the point of harassment to get my business. I've told them on numerous times, I'm not interested, to please remove my nr from their data base, ive even blocked their nrs, now they keep sending me emails from different emails, and I've blocked those too. It's as if they are now desperate to get business. Too pushy, too persistent Annoying
Hi. If I could rate it a minus figure I would. Pls if you have left Std bank as your Executor of your estate, be ware. They dont fight for you, they just pay anything out without question. They don't even close accounts off property. What should have taken about a yr with my moms estate took over 1 and half yrs and I did 80% of the work myself and saved R1000s being paid out unnecessary. Pls, if I can recommend, Don't use them and if you do, ask someone you trust to be co Executor and fight fir that u leave behind and not just pay things out.
Cant believe, cybersmart want to charge a months rental so my mom who died. They are more interested in making money than being sympathetic. She died 9 Jue, by 11 June I ask them to cancel it by end June. They insisted on a months notice and pay. I am absolutely disgusted by the inhuman company.
