We made a purchase on 07 January 2026, from the Cape Town branch, and to date have not received any communication from these people, no ETA and no Tax Invoice. They are the absolute worst to deal with and the level of service received is actually disturbing to say the least, your customer service is horrible and your communication leaves much to be desired, I will report you to the ombudsman and issue you with legal documentation if this is not resolved

First time dealing with these guys, Horrible experience I had with them. I bought a product from them over the weekend on a saturday, it was an fnb to fnb transfer which cleared immediately, I got an email saying that my order is on hold until they verify my payment has cleared all week till thursday no correspondence was received from these guys until I complained to one guy who works for the company only then did he tell me he saw the it was packed but does not know if it was shipped or not as that is not what he deals with. Friday morning I receive from The Courier guy saying that they could not deliver my parcel as I am unreachable. I open the email and I see these guys wrote the wrong address and my number was also not complete. This is not a typing or clerical error this is incompetency of the worst kind cause I do not understand why its hard to communicate with your customers to inform us of why the hold up and why they could not just use the information we provided on the website instead of writing the wrong information. I am ****ed off and very disappointed at the pace at which they processed the order, the lack of communication and the incompetency of handling orders properly. I had to buy R50 airtime and spent over 20 minutes trying to get a hold of the courier guy and trying to track my parcel luckily I found someone to help and I got the driver to deliver to the address. When my parcel arrived, it was filthy and wet and it was opened not only that it seemed as if I got a second hand product so I had to double check it was unused to be honest I cannot speak upon that as much but I have some reason to believe it was used because even the wrapping was torn up and scrunched up its almost like they just looked for old packaging they could use and used that instead. I AM NEVER DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, IF ONLY WE COULD UPLOAD PICTURES ON HELLO PETER I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO SHOW YOU THE PRESENTATION OF THEIR PACKAGING.

I ordered an F1 shell from Werner Joubert around Oct 2022. After much excuses and over a year later he still owes me a refund close to half the value of R86000 He used excuses that the shipment was returned to the overseas supplier. He does not answer calls and is avoiding making the remainder of the refund Do not support this business

Do not from these guys. The owner Werner was so convincing. He took my R20000 for a thrustmaster steering wheel in august 2020. Till today 8 February 2021 I haven’t recieved it. He has promised to refund on numerous occasions. But he is a liar. Plz be very careful!!! He also goes as the gaming network
