Bought a couples shooting range coupon from Wikideals at R600 last year end of October, I tried redeeming the voucher multiple weekends and the vendor was just not able to assist, on top of this, they closed for festive season, I tried again in January and the same saga as in 2025, I emailed Wikideals 3 times and no response, this is absolutely Appalling service!
We made a purchase on 07 January 2026, from the Cape Town branch, and to date have not received any communication from these people, no ETA and no Tax Invoice. They are the absolute worst to deal with and the level of service received is actually disturbing to say the least, your customer service is horrible and your communication leaves much to be desired, I will report you to the ombudsman and issue you with legal documentation if this is not resolved
I paid up my Direct Axis account on 30 May 2025, the consultant I spoke to Proud Khumalo advised that I should wait 7 working days for my paid up letter, we are currently on day 9 nothing reecived! 2 days of me having to call and email them for feedback, countless WhatsApp messages and still no letter received, I was referred to her manager Lesego M whom I have emailed on 11 June 2025 and no response or acknowledgement on the email, when someone in the Call Centre does answer I get the same feedback, 'we will escalate this to the customer service department', this gross mismanagement and diabolical unjust service received is atrocious. The service received is absolutely **********!!!!
Ridiculous Service Seriously! I had a Rent to Own vehicle which I returned after six months after advising them I am going on maternity leave I can't afford the payment anymore. I made an arrangement to pay the cancelation fee over a number of months, via email and confirmed the amounts and dates with them verbatim effective June 2022 way in advance. This month they simply took the whole installment again and ignored the fact that I made an arrangement in writing. They then have the audacity to say they can't do a reversal on an already cancelled contract but they were fully aware about the amended payment plan when cancellation occured, I then requested a concession of some sort, as we had a written agreement as I am not getting my full salary, I am still awaiting their response. Your service stinks to say the least!
