DSV useless courier company.
DSV is useless company, l don't know why MTN even working with them. Took a contract 10 October till now 27 October l didn't receive my order/parcel. 16 October DSV driver called to deliver but he had wrong address which l don't know who gave them that address. 24 October morning time they called to say on the way get ready, after 4 hours we call the driver and he said the parcel was never booked in DSV system. So u wanted to deliver it how 🤔? After an hour the driver called again he can't deliver the parcel because MTN didn't send him a reference number. 27 October morning time out of delivery your reference #•••. But nothing was delivered 27 October. I don't know when I'm gonna get my order l payed for. DSV and MTN worst companies ever.

l ordered something 24 November 2021 till to this day 20 January 2022 l didn't receive anything. They don't even reply your emails no contact number to reach them. All l can say to say to people stay away from https://www.expressdeals.co.za it's scam online shop. Image if l ordered something like a TV UHD worth 15K, it will gone down in drain. Don't l repeat Don't order from this thieves.
