I deposited money into my Capitec Account on 1 June 2021 and later the funds was transferred from my account without my approval and I lodged a query for reversal and it has never been solved since last week I have been waiting for a call back of their so called 1 day business day. I got three different reference number for 1 call. It is extremely terrible. I will not bank with Capitec because your money is not safe with them. They will keep you on the line until.
Worst customer service ever! They do not get back to you on time. They keep sending you from pillar to post and will not help you.
