Excellent Service by Sean Rademeyer
Firstly, I would like to personally send a massive thank you to Sean Rademeyer who took my very upset call well after working hours when we realized that we may have been ****med, he listened very calmly and then promised me that he would call me the next day with advice on what to do. He kept his word, and he called back. He wasn’t impatient even though I found myself repeating everything and he even managed to make the call more personal. After the saga, he then proceeded to assist us in procuring what we needed and advising us along the way by choosing the correct bed for our needs. No hassle in timelines or empty promise as to what would happen next. Everything he said, he did. I am extremely impressed with his services, kindness and expertise and would highly recommend that if you are looking for something more than just good service but expecting excellent service, request Sean Rademeyer personally and he will get it done.

Excellent service by Precious
I would like thank Precious for sorting oimmmut my complaint, she was patient and didn't interrupt once or tried to make excuses. Within the 2nd day of the complaint when I got through to her she promised me that she would get back to me the same day shamefully I replied very sarcastically and said that I have heard that the day before. As promised she called me and resolved the entire issue ans ensured that my order was, she went the extra mile today to call and confirm if I has received it. Very well done and thank you Precious, because of you I will remain a client.
