For the last 2 years my husband (a tiler of 12 years) has been trying to do a plaster and tiling trade test...to no avail. We are referred from pillar to post and back with still no answers as to where in South Africa a trade test can be done. Shouldn't CETA be the best place to get clarity and direction from on this process
To sim swop or not to sim swop? Below is an email sent to escalations@cellc.co.za 16 March 2021 at 13.39 which I am still awaiting a response from. Last Wednesday, 10 March 2021 my phone was stolen. This past weekend I've bought a new phone and to my horror have had to do a sim swop. I've purchased an unRICAed Cell C sim card. Yesterday I attempted to do a sim swop at Cell C Gateway but they were offline. Later in the day I called Customer Care to try and get assistance. I was asked to give the last 5 numbers dialed. How am I going to do that without having my phone with the numbers? I was then asked for the specific date that airtime was last loaded. I could not recall such. This morning I've had to drive around to the people who I last called to get their numbers before proceeding to Cell C Bridge City with my I.D document and proof of address only to be informed that the last 5 numbers I've dialled are actually not the numbers I've last dialled. Amid all of this I am awaiting calls to commence work which I am not going to receive due to this run around. What more proof is needed to prove that the number does belong to me? Is an I.D document and proof of address not enough to prove my identity? I need someone to contact me urgently on this matter as keeping this number is of utmost importance to my employment among other things
