My parcel got send by the sender to the wrong address .I contacted the Postnet in Rustenburg and explained my dilemma and even without haste or any issues did Leon from the branch made a plan to get my parcel to me ASAP They definitely go the extra mile at that branch!

Worst Courier Service in the world.I have a package that was suppose to be delivered 20 days ago.Other Courier companies have no problem getting packages to me even if its a bit remote.Please Please don't use them, let them fade away with the rest of the bad apples.
On numerous times their ISP drops.Only thing they can do is reorder a new sim.Openweb is by far an inferior product and any consumer interested in using them should refrain from doing so if they wish to have a quality service provider.They might seem slightly cheaper but its not worth the dropped internet, lag or imaginary internet speed. Done several speed tests with various apps and its very very slow,less than 4mb.On their delivery/courier side they are untruthful and trustworhy.One of their employees Xolani Ngobeni are even blatently rude and lied about where the sim delivery was.He even had the odasity to tell me to sort it out with the courier,once confronted,his only action was to tell me he is going to cansel my subscription.Please be very aware,if you complain, they just cansel you.Not lawfully I might ad.
