Vivobarefoot capetown

I bought a pair of vivo from capetown online store. The shoes were too big. I had tried them on as one would. I sent them back straight away for an exchange. They told me they won’t exchange the shoes and are sending them back to me as it showed signs of being worn. I managed to get hold of the director in the UK who without any issues informed me that they would send me a brand new pair. Absolutely disgusting that Vivobarefoot SA refused to exchange the shoes!
