Had a burst pipe for 2 days Called municipality. Got ref nu nd promised someone will be here within 48 hrs Called emergency nu spoke to Tshepi and I was advised tht my query has been escalated Called again after 3 hrs spoke to Lerato and I was advised an external contractor has been appointed to assist as the munipality can't assist with a burst pipe.. Like really now. No one has been to my house from the munipality how come they already rule out that they can't assist and appointing a private contractor. Lerato doesn't know the details of the contractor. How am I now supposed to do a follow up My insurance can't assist bcos the meter box is outside the yard. My pavement and wall are now being affected. The water pressure is extremely low. I'm gatvol now
Terrible service from FNB ths mrng, I requested ALL my debit orders to run on the 20th, however to my surprise a debit order ran off this mrng, I spoke to Sihle, Lumka, Carol, Brandon, asked them to transfer me to collections to have my money back in my account as I need to use it today, none of them assisted me
