Never in my life have 1 ever had this bad experience with any retail. I have placed an order at 2pm Yesterday (Sunday) estimate delivery 3 and 4. At 4.30 I got an sms that it will be after 5. I phone the store to find out what the hold up was. The lady that answered the phone has no phone training at all. Talking to me like I am the stupid 1 and that I must just wait for my order. After I told her that she can cansel the order if its going to arrive after 5. She just put the phone down while I was still explaining that the order is for my daughter. I phone back and asked for the manager. The manager assured me the order will be with me shortly. I received al the message that it was picked up and on its way. I received my order 19.04 pm Never ever in my life I Wil use them again. And believe me I love my spar shops. But Wonderboom must send all their staff for training and start over. Bad bad bad.

THIS IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT/UNHELPFUL STAFF I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY LIFE. WE WANTED TO PAY UP ONE OF OUR ACCOUNTS THAT WAS ABOUT R2000. WE DEALT WITH A GENTLEMEN CALLED ZHEER. HE DID NOT JUST STOP 1 OF THE ACCOUNTS..... HE STOP ALL AF THEM EN VODACOM DEBITED R105000.00 FROM THE ACCOUNT. HE INFORM US THAT THE MONEY WILL BE BACK IN OUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 48HOUS. ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS. HE STOPPED GIVING US UPDATES AND WOULD NOT GIVE US FEED BACK FOR MORE THAN 10 DAYS. THE ONLY ANSWER THE REST OF THE STAFF CAN GIVE US IS THAT THEY ARE WAITING FOR A SIGNATURE. I WONDER WHAT IS THERE INTEREST THAT THEY GOT FROM THE MONEY SO FAR.
