Imana Foods Failed me

Good day I need help. Last week I called customer care of Imana Foods to complain about the metal ***** that has rust that came out of the Imana soup packet and we got sick from eating the soup but all the Imana Foods consultants that I was talking to were fooling me, transferring me to one another,and on Wednesday I went to the boxer store where I bought the soup from,and also the Manager of the store called while with me and again the consultant of Imana foods did it again to the boxer manager ignoring his calls after he told them a customer is here sick complaining about your product,I even Email them but still they don't reply.I even went to the clinic because of the Imana soup that I have eaten and made me sick I had stomach cramps and diarrhea and I was told I got the infection from that rusty metal that was in the soup. So please help me find right people to assist me with this matter.
