Very unhappy client
Cuisine is complimented by various condiments which is very appealing to the palate. AS IN THE PAST REVIEWS SHOULD BE SEEN AS UPLIFTED NOT AS BREAKING DOWN A FAMI**** HOUSEHOLD BRAND.OVERALL YR TOP CLASS SPICE MIX SAVOURY FLAVOURED SEASING FALLS IN THE TOP CLASS DIVISION BUT KINDLY NOTE THAT THE STANDARD OF THE INSIDE SHOULD MATCH THE OUTSIDE PACKAGING.HERE IS WHERE MY TOTAL DISAPOINTMENT COMES IN .YESTERDAY EVENING WHILE CONSUMING A SUMPTUOUS HOMECOOKED MEAL. YR INNERLID CONTAINER CAME LOOSE I ESTIMATE A 2/8 OF SPICE FELL UNTO MY MEAL. NOT EVEN THE DOG WOULD LICK IT. HENCE MY DISAPOINTMENT

No customer care
I opened a new packet of mince. The plastic bag inside the sealed box is damaged so I could not use it. I tried to call their customer care, no answer. You leave a message and nobody gets back to you. They do not answer your switchboard. If they are so busy - they should provide an email customer care option

No customer care

Imana Foods Failed me
Good day I need help. Last week I called customer care of Imana Foods to complain about the metal ***** that has rust that came out of the Imana soup packet and we got sick from eating the soup but all the Imana Foods consultants that I was talking to were fooling me, transferring me to one another,and on Wednesday I went to the boxer store where I bought the soup from,and also the Manager of the store called while with me and again the consultant of Imana foods did it again to the boxer manager ignoring his calls after he told them a customer is here sick complaining about your product,I even Email them but still they don't reply.I even went to the clinic because of the Imana soup that I have eaten and made me sick I had stomach cramps and diarrhea and I was told I got the infection from that rusty metal that was in the soup. So please help me find right people to assist me with this matter.

Innovative Imana Foods
Just want to compliment Imana for their unique products: Caramelised Onion and Balsamic packet sauce, Sticky Barbecue packet sauce, Apricot Chutney and Brown Onion packet cook-in sauce and Roasted Garlic and Rosemary packet gravy. Innovative! I always have the first three available in my packet soups/sauces. So nice to experience a company go beyond the conservative - as in the offerings of the competition, who a year later, still have not "met the challenge". If they think there's no challenge, they'e wrong! Keep it up Imana!
