I received money for my online freelancing job in one of my savings accounts only for me to receive an SMS requesting me to call some Capitec number of which I did then I was asked some questions by the consultant and then she said she'll process the payment. Later on the same day she called me back and told that they can't process the payment because of the reference used okay that was like 2 weeks ago but until today wise have not received the refund. Can Capitec people do the right and reverse my money I'll find a way to withdraw it please.
I opened an account with them then added the details on the website that I'm working for. A day before payday I received an email from yoursafe telling me that they can't approve my account and a day after that the company I'm working for paid in to yoursafe account. I tried contacting them via email to at least open the account so I can take out my money but they're telling me that they'll be reversing the money back to my company. Please help.
I received R350 sassa money yesterday suddenly when I login to my banking app I found that there's my handyman debit order that I know nothing about worse part I can't even reverse it like I need that money as in yesterday
On the 20th of December there was a fraudulent activity on my account, there was an online purchase of +-R350 which I knew nothing about of which I called customer care immediately and I was told to go make a new card now the new card is blocked why I don't know worse part I was never I was never refunded my money
I'm very disappointed, I since got a quote from the insurance early April and I was promised R500 checkers wiCode but until today I have not received my wiCode worse part they're now ignoring my messages on Facebook.
I won a competition, they were supposed to upgrade my services to premium from the 15 th of to the 15th of January but dololo till today, to make it worse I called on the 15th and I was told to wait for 24 to 72 hours they will automatically upgrade me but still there is no upgrade
Yesterday I bought 2 2litres of dairymaid ice-cream at pick'npay Westonaria of which they were on special it was 2 for R85 and I only realised when I got and I had to pay rent that the money is short the ln I checked my receipts since I only swiped my card at pick'npay only to find out that I was charged 2 separate amounts. I called the store immediately then they told me that the other 1 was not on special so I asked them if I can return them since I had to pay rent they said they will call me back today now I'm calling and they are not answering please help I just need my rent money.
I won R1000 voucher but it's not working, like I was sent a form to confirm my identity before I could even submit the form they send me my voucher. To my surprise the voucher is invalid then I asked my big sister to check it for me only for her to tell me that the voucher is expired how so if the bluedot sale is still on? I'm very disappointed
I won imana June competition but until today I have not received my prize
I won 8 voucher only to go to kfc westonaria and the voucher showed error, they were not working. Kfc is playing with peoples emotions. So we are puppets now
