What a pleasant experience at the most unpleasant time. Big ups to 24hour mobility and how they handled my claim. Smooth, efficient and easy claim process
It is very unfortunate that in order for things to be resolved, one has to resort to Hello Peter. I placed an order via the app and there was a short delivery. I immediately called customer care and was advised the matter will be looked into and I will get feedback within 24 hours. 24 hours passed and with receiving no feedback I called again, and was advised that they are looking into the matter. I received an email on 04/04 stating “Please note that warehouse couldn't locate the missing item. We will process a refund for you”. 3 follow up emails later, with no response from my last 2 emails, I am yet to receive a refund😒
I bought my daughter’s lunch bag just before school started for the new year. After 1 day of use, the handle was broken. I also bought a set a PJs online and when they were delivered, the pants were broken. I reached out to Mr Price via email and to date have not received any feedback. I attached images when I logged my query and was asked to resend the images and describe the issue yet again. Even after doing that there’s still no feedback. What a waste of my money
