I stayed at this hotel for many years growing up. and on the 19 March to 22 March with my whole family. We had booked 9 rooms and was so missed treated it was not even funny. I had to receive a refund on my stay as we cancelled two rooms. I am yet to receive this. I was first told by Elrika the manager that i will be refund on check out. This never happended. Then I was told i will be refunded end of March. Never was. After emailing back and forth with the hotel was told i would be refunded in the amount of R 8 826.76 on the 15 April 2021. I still have not been paid. I don't know what to do anymore to get my money from the hotel. I have requested again for feedback on this matter and on the 16 April was just told they will follow up but still to date have received no feedback. This is becoming crazy that i have to fight like this for my own money.
This was the first time of staying many times at the hotel that i received the treatment that i did. We were a target from the begin of our stay as we where a big group. we got billed wrong amounts and they still owe me money for billing me incorrectly. I received better service and treatment when they were under the protea group of hotels. I am sadden by the way they treated me and my family.
