I am so sick and tired of being harassed by these people. I made an arrangement and then i get a call five days before my payment date. When i answer they drop the call. Do they not check the bank account before harassing us? What kind of business practice is this. Is it not ethical to call the client after the expected payment date should they default? My payments are up to date. Do not ever call me again because i am an adult and i know my priorities. I will also not pay for any of your unnecessary fees.
I am disgusted with the customer service. There is no compassion. I wonder how they treat their clients who do not pay their loans at all because the one’s who are trying despite their financial circumstances are given the cold shoulder. Now they want to hand them over to lawyers yet they are making some payment. Huge regrets
