I bought items on the online shop which stated clearly that is available and in stock. Only to inform me via WhatsApp that all the items I bought online are not in stock so they sent me items to chose from in which I liked only three items but did not like the other two and they were supposed to refund me for the other two items. I bought those items using Payflex . The issue is I have to still pay for the items via Payflex and they are supposed to refund me for those two products they didn’t have in stock. They promised to refund me via Payflex but until now no refund has been done via Payflex and when you reach out to Payflex they instruct you to tell the merchant to refund via their Payflex portal and The Culinarium have not done it. They are ****. Now I have to pay Payflex otherwise i will be blacklisted for not paying while they The Culinarium get to keep my money and no products . DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! That shop is ****ming people advertising that they have items in stock and make you chose items substitutions and items that you don’t get or want you are not refunded . Give me my money back .This is my first time purchasing from them .
The customer service consultant Tshegofatso assisted me by escalating my cancellation to the appropriate department.
After keeping my money, there for a whole year (12 months) they decided to give me only the money invested in which the pay out was on 2nd April,2023 and paid only on 19th April,2023 they only paid my money i invested and did not pay the interest. This stokvel is a sinking ship and i know because i have been with them from 2020 invest only in money you can afford to lose!!!
My hubby and I stayed at Misty Hills country Hotel in Muldersdrift on the 21st of March,2021 .The hotel says free WIFI which is a lie because their WIFI is not in existence, there is no network we had to use our mobile data to browse. Secondly the room which was room 820 had a broken lock which we could not lock from the inside. And lastly we settled in for the night only to deal with a bat which terrified me my hubby let it out through the patio doors it however flew back in even though all the doors and windows were shut. A lovely night out with hubby ended as we could not stay we had to leave that very night.The owner or manager promised to refund us as we paid for breakfast separately as their prices does not cover breakfast. Sadly until now my hubby has not been refunded. SADLY UNTIL NOW MY HUBBY HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED. STAY AWAY FROM MISTY HILLS HOTEL.YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR VALUE FOR MONEY AND YOU WILL DEFINATELY HAVE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
