What a poor service am getting from the Management from Oceanic hotel .I sent them an email cancelling a booking I did with them because of the situation the county is facing because of Covid19, they refused to refund me saying I should postponed the dates, fine I called Cyprian telling that I decided to give new dates he said no u can't rebook because there s a situation that they are facing currently at the hotel . I said ok deal with situation and give me my refund. They dont want to. David and Cyprian are no longer taking my calls everytime when I call they are not available. I've been asking for Headoffice details even the securities they saying they can't give me the details. There's a person called Mark I've been told that he can help. Mark pls help
