We booked at oceanic hotel on the 5th and we told that we must pay extra R750 for security which we were told that they will pay us back if we did not break anything.They sent us pictures that we left the linen dirty as if we were supposed to wash them before we leave,they are also telling about the ******* that was thrown out of the dust been🤔i believe they have cleaners and we paid theres no was that the guests must clean whe n leaving.They should have come and check all the damages with us before we leave their place,Pleas guys look for other places if u wanna book with better service

Absolutely disgusting resort in terms of their service. We were first given a room that was completely flooded, so definitely not how one wants to start their holiday. The security guard was extremely aggressive towards us because of a parking bay. The receptionist and cleaning staff are just rude. If you ask them to do something they will tell you to do it yourself. Our safe locked and no one was willing to help us. We had to travel all the way back to Limpopo and they refused to help us. It was the most uncomfortable stay. The person who was helpful was Sipho the manager when we were able to get a hold of him but before that we were lied to about where he is and what time he starts work. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone.

What a poor service am getting from the Management from Oceanic hotel .I sent them an email cancelling a booking I did with them because of the situation the county is facing because of Covid19, they refused to refund me saying I should postponed the dates, fine I called Cyprian telling that I decided to give new dates he said no u can't rebook because there s a situation that they are facing currently at the hotel . I said ok deal with situation and give me my refund. They dont want to. David and Cyprian are no longer taking my calls everytime when I call they are not available. I've been asking for Headoffice details even the securities they saying they can't give me the details. There's a person called Mark I've been told that he can help. Mark pls help

What a poor service am getting from the Management from Oceanic hotel .I sent them an email cancelling a booking I did with them because of the situation the county is facing because of Covid19, they refused to refund me saying I should postponed the dates, fine I called Cyprian telling that I decided to give new dates he said no u can't rebook because there s a situation that they are facing currently at the hotel . I said ok deal with situation and give me my refund. They dont want to. David and Cyprian are no longer taking my calls everytime when I call they are not available. I was due to go on the MSC cruise March 2021. So coming from cape town,i booked two nights at the Oceanic Hotel. Its came to R4000. Keep in mind their black friday deal was R777 Per night,so if you do the math i did not book a black friday deal as my booking came to R2000 a night. Due to covid the msc cruise was cancelled, MSC refunded me. British airways also gave me virtual airline tickets,so i obviously now needed to cancel my booking with oceanic. From the get go iv been in contact with the manager david, worst manager ever. The way he spoke to me was disgusting. Telling me i still need to come down for the 2nights i booked. Why would i need to go to durban for two nights. Its not that i wanted to cancel this trip but unfortunately due to covid this happened. David wanted to hear nothing, he cut me off when i tried to speak and raised his voice. So i called the customer centre that he gave me the number to saying that they can make the final decision. So i spoke to fenele, she was very helpful,she requested my banking details to which i sent them,only to be called back ny david saying no they cant refund me, fenele doesnt have a say over his say. But he just told me she does before that. I have the proof in my emails. I still havent received any refund or a call back from oceanic. They shoild do themselves a favour and get a new manager
