I will never heal from what psspf done to me.I lost my job in March and submitted my claim forms.I had 17 000 balance the last time i check my funds.I received the payment of R5200 out of R17 000.I was told that Sars deducted some money but i was not told that they deducted R12 000.I phoned Sars and they told me that they deducted R6000.I am tired now of calling them
I am very disappointed with the service i received at Shoprite Liquor Mount Ayliff….I went there to buy something and i stood on the queue,unfortunately i forgot to buy something and i decided to go back and take it.I told the cashier that i am coming and he agreed that i wont stand on the queue again,but the security was very very rude shouting at me and telling me to go back to the queue.I left what i wanted to buy crying because the security was shouting at me.I will never ever set my foot there,I hate rude people and i am sho i am the only customer complaining about that security,i wont lie the cashier was very fast and friendly
I went to Shoprite Idutywa on the 31st of December 2024 to get some few items but the service i got there was very poor.First of all they dont have trolleys even if its not busy days u struggle to get a trolley they have old trolleys that are not even moving.The shelves were empty yes it was busy season but i am not sure if the stock was not replenished or not beacuse i am stay at Mount Ayliff the stock was full but i did not buy there since i told my self that i will shop there.Cashiers were rude even the floor staff are rude.I asked for a manager because i wanted to ask something i stood there till i decided to leave the manager never bothered to come.Bosses please intervene that Shoprite is not like other Shoprite maybe the Store Manager and the staff need proper training.Well done Shoprite Mount Ayliff the stock was full there even if the ques were long since it was a busy season the manager was there to manage ques!!!!!We need change at Shoprite Idutywa please you are loosing lots of money because of how the store is managed.
I am so dissapointed with the service i got for the funeral of my grandmother and i will never heal….First of all my grandmother was the member for more than 30 years,she was paying monthly…..It happened that we lost her and we phoned them since we knew that she was a member,they came to take the body they said they dont have a stretcher they took the old blanket to wrap her and the aslo took the bricks to protect the body from moving side to side when they were driving her to the hospital.We went to their offices and asked them to give us the list of the things that they will provide by the day of the funeral,no one was intrested to answer us and we decided to wait for them to cantact us,they never contacted us…..The day of the funeral came there was no decor,no sound system that we thought was on her cover,even if it was not on her cover they were supposed to tell us so that we can arrange.They promised to get back to me because i phoned them and complained,till this day they never phoned.Please people dont take their policies if you dont need stress,loosing someone u love is stressing u dnt need more stress,Thanks god i will no linger continue with them
We booked at oceanic hotel on the 5th and we told that we must pay extra R750 for security which we were told that they will pay us back if we did not break anything.They sent us pictures that we left the linen dirty as if we were supposed to wash them before we leave,they are also telling about the ******* that was thrown out of the dust been🤔i believe they have cleaners and we paid theres no was that the guests must clean whe n leaving.They should have come and check all the damages with us before we leave their place,Pleas guys look for other places if u wanna book with better service
I am so disappointed with the service i received at finwell legal services,i was happy at first but now they are disappointing me.My agreement with them was that they will debt on the 29th of every month ,i was surprise when i received a notification on the 20th that finwell debited R1500 wich was the money to pay my daughter’s.i phoned them they kept saying they will call me when they received a feedback,my daughter is kicked out of school cause i was supposed to pay yesterday.I regret joining this thing i want to cancel it now,it is goving me stress
I bought a stove on Sunday at Boxer Mount Ayliff which I regret....when I want to use the stove at home it was not working and the stove was not tested at the store... unfortunately I lost the slip but I used my bank card so I have the notification message which can help to do a reprint....I went there yesterday the cashier did not even want to call the manager for me....Today I went there and I was helped by the store manager who was not even looking at me by the time I was explaining....She said there's nothing she can do...I regret buying at Boxer because now I lost my money and I will never go to that store again
I am very disappointed with the treatment I received from the manager of Boxer Mount Ayliff Eastern Cape...I bought a stove on Sunday 03/09/2023 and the stove did not work... unfortunately I lost the slip but I believe they can do reprint because I used my bank card so I have a bank notification message which is the proof that I really bought it there....I went to boxer on Monday and I asked the staff to call the menager and she said she will not bother by calling the manager because she will not help...I left the store ononday without being help,today Tuesday I went there and I was attended by the store manager who was very cheeky,she was not even looking at me by the time I was explaining my problem....I am very very hurt because it means I lost my money
I was returning the dstv that i baught at ackermans because the installer said the barcode was invalid....the manager said therz nothing they can do they only sell dstvs meaning i lost my money(800rand)they cannot help me.....i am very unhappy beacause the installer said he cannot help me i must take it back to ackermans
