Worst couches ever.

We bought a L Shape couch from them 2 weeks ago. It was so uncomfortable once you sat on it longer than just 5min you're back starts aching and your bum gets so sore from sitting. The backrest literally gives you back problems cause it's just a piece of wood with a very thin layer of foam and material over. The seating is extremely hard and started to dent in 4 days after purchase. Obviously very very cheap foam was used for the seating area. The stitching is scew and very untidy. The staples used for the bottom are not even properly shot into the wood. Overall it is terrible couches. So we complained and i pointed out all the problems with pictures and explained everything in detail what was wrong and he offered to make us a new set. We wanted our money back because we knew it won't make a difference to get a new set. But he didn't want to refund us as he said that they do not give refunds. But nowhere does it state that there will be no refunds. So after a week a new couch arrived. It's even worse than the 1st set. It's hard as rock. Extremely scew and not done or stuffed properly. WORST COUCHES EVER. We really need our money back as these couches are not for sitting.
