Cancelation was done 7 months ago but they keep on deducting. Every month I must tell them my service was canceled and then wait up to 7 days for a refund, they take bank charges an an and. I'm the one on the short end here

Prescribed debt againts law to reflect your itc
They will phone you 100 times a day about prescribed debt that is to be removed from your name but if you email them they don't respond if you call them you are on hold.

What's the truth?
I'm really not happy about this. Got all these emails, give us a 5 star rating get R150, free delivery up to tonight midnight. When you open the email and go on to the site it's a different story. Now it makes no sense. I want to place 3 orders but are scared that I will be scammed out of R1200? I clicked on the watsapp and chatted to someone telling me its 2 different sites and companies, how is that possible?. I'll have to place the chat on hello peter again cause if i pay, it's easy to say its 2 different companies and my money was never received? This is a huge thing in south Africa and for me to expose my credit card details scares the **** out of me when things like this happens.

Unfair
They keep on debiting my account after i told tjem them im not intrested in their product it came to month end and i awaited my voucher. So i called them and then only they told me I dont get a voucher I must ***gyback on other wi fi from other places like the mall exectra.....WHAT A FLIPPEN JOKE. I must pay for something thats free. So i told them this is Bull and they must stop it immediately. So they did and two months after that...... they start to deduct again. THEY BETTER EXPLAIN
