questions are answered in a timely manner. once payment was accepted, delivery was made sooner than expected - nice one guys!
the services provided are good. but once there is a problem that needs human intervention, you will be sorry. all I wanted to do was cancel 1 service, re-activate another, and remove the unnecessary amounts from my bill calling and getting hold of someone is a mission they do not have an email address for queries only whatsapp seems a bit quicker, which I had to download just to chat to them when you call them, and eventually get through to a human being after ages of waiting, they send you from Support to Billing, then to Provisioning, then back to Support. it seems there is is a love triangle between these 3 departments where no one wants to help
