Enviro Shutters fraud
Enviro Shutters who are based in Port Elizabeth never delivered the shutters that we paid a deposit of R33 000 and ordered on 19 October 2022. They had a 4 - 6 week lead time so we ordered 6 weeks before we required the installation. Closer to the time they started making excuses saying that they had supplier issues and they would be delayed by a further 2 weeks. The next excuse was a strike and the excuses kept coming until after 12 weeks we canceled the contract and requested a refund of our R33000 deposit. It has now been 5 months and they have neither refunded us or installed.
