Poor service at Joe Soap Car Wash Canal Walk
I dropped my car off at 3pm, spent time at the mall and collected my vehicle at 8pm. I paid over R400 for the car wash. This morning I noticed my wheels were not cleaned fully and found more pots where the vehicle was not fully cleaned. This is nonsense service and I would like compensation as I will need to pay another car wash to finish the job your staff didnt do.

Read the Ts and Cs of the useless day-to-day extender benefit
Please tell me why your day-to-day extender benefit makes customers go to a pharmacist or virtual GP first - the problem my partner had would not have been caught by a pharmacist or virtual GP because his doctor had to listen to his heartrate and found the problem. This is a useless benefit, and is in fact not a benefit at all if you require a pharmacist or virtual GP to refer a patient to a physical GP.
