Poor service at Joe Soap Car Wash Canal Walk
I dropped my car off at 3pm, spent time at the mall and collected my vehicle at 8pm. I paid over R400 for the car wash. This morning I noticed my wheels were not cleaned fully and found more pots where the vehicle was not fully cleaned. This is nonsense service and I would like compensation as I will need to pay another car wash to finish the job your staff didnt do.

They will break your car
Do NOT use them!!! I'm currently sitting with a car that won't lock. Won't turn on. They told me they had to jump my car before I left because some cars don't like having their doors open for long. I thought it was weird but I was driving from Canal Walk to Brackenfell so figured theres more than enough time for the battery to charge. On the way out my steering wheel jerked and a light came on saying "ABS service required!" But this went away after a couple of seconds.. I stopped off at the shops and my car wont lock. Won't turn on. And they didnt even do a good job cleaning it!!!! Dont use this wash! Currently waiting for roadside assistance

Stay away!!! It’s unsafe
The worst experience ever. I complained that the car isn’t clean, inside and out. The manager and her whole team ganged up, verbally abusing me and my family. Some of the staff members physically threatened us. I will lodge a complaint at the centre management, this place is unsafe and they don’t provide the service you paid for.
