The worst experience ever. I complained that the car isn’t clean, inside and out. The manager and her whole team ganged up, verbally abusing me and my family. Some of the staff members physically threatened us. I will lodge a complaint at the centre management, this place is unsafe and they don’t provide the service you paid for.

If I could give this business a zero star I would , but unfortunately that is not an option. On the 16th of March I went and took my car for a cleaning , terrible service by the way car was still dirty , but that is not the reason for this review. I left my earphones in the vehicle and later that evening I noticed they were gone , I called customer service and they were full of excuses. Will never be taking my business here again

If I could give this business a zero star I would , but unfortunately that is not an option. On the 16th of March I went and took my car for a cleaning , terrible service by the way car was still dirty , but that is not the reason for this review. I left my earphones in the vehicle and later that evening I noticed they were gone , I called customer service and they were full of excuses. Will never be taking my business here again

Washed my vehicle on 2-12-2024 at about 16:00, what a waste for R230, water marks all over, had to tell them where to wipe down as it was still dirty, the dash board was not cleaned properly, canal walk needs to get rid of them, as they do not uphold the standard of Canal Walk, very ***********

This business should not be supported at all!!! Not only is their service of poor quality but their management is useless (Brian) and the owner ( Wayne Young) is just as bad. I took my vehicle to be washed on 1 February 2020 at 18:15 for a Joe's Special (R199). I went into the mall and returned at 20:45 and paid for my car wash - BIGGEST MISTAKE!!! After paying I went to my car, firstly to still find that there is still hard bird poo on the back light and the roof of the car. I looked around the car and found that the front bumper was also still dirty - full of small bugs. I took it up with management (Brian) to report the car was not properly cleaned.... they now want to relearn at 9pm!!! Later to find the car was never vacuumed. As a unhappy customer I requested a refund- had to speak to Wayne via telephone and he said he promises he will phone me the next morning to process the refund- still waiting!!! I've WhatsApped him my bank details where he reads and never replies. I phone him and he tells me it's been done, when I ask for proof he has an excuse that he not at the office will send later etc - I have all messages to prove it. As small as R200.00 is, I paid for a service that I never received and this is THEFT!!! I HOPE YOU SLEEP WELL AT NIGHT KNOWING THAT YOU STEAL CUSTOMERS MONEY AND CANNOT PROVIDE A SERVICE!!!! YOUR DAY WILL COME MR WAYNE YOUNG!!!

I took my vehicle to be washed on 1 February 2020 at 18:15 for a Joe's Special (R199). I went into the mall and returned at 20:45 and paid for my car wash - BIGGEST MISTAKE!!! After paying I went to my car, firstly to still find that there is still hard bird poo on the back light and the roof of the car. I looked around the car and found that the front bumper was also still dirty - full of small bugs. Myself and my family were in Canal Walk on Saturday (husband and 1 year old baby). We parked in the lower level parking area next to the Joe Soap car wash. While my husband packed our groceries away, I was strapping my 1 year old into his car seat. While I was doing this, one of the employees from the car wash arrived, jumped in the car next to us and just started pulling out. No warning, so excuse me I am going to pull out, nothing. At the last moment I noticed him pulling out and quickly slammed the door shut so that he did not knock myself and the car. What made it worse was the arrogant and disrespectful attitude thereafter. He stopped, rolled the window down to argue and blame me for being in the way. Joe Soap should teach their staff how to interact with customers and visitors of the mall. Canal Walk should either give the car wash their own bays or relocate the car wash. If my child had been hurt due to this man's negligence, I would have taken legal action against this car wash

Took our car there for the premium wash (R350) and was fairly dissapointed with the work done so contacted the owner and sent him pictures of where they didnt clean my car properly. The owner (Wayne) asked me to bring the car back so they could rectify the problem. I assured him that it was not necessary to re-do the entire car but rather just the places they neglected to do. We took it back for them to sort it out and rewashed the whole car EXCEPT the places the missed before! I again whatsapp Wayne pics of this and let him know they missed the exact places they did before. Wayne has decided to now ignore me and my pictures and has offered nothing in return. All I want is what I paid for and at R350,00 my expectations are not too high but at least all the dust inside the car must be gone. If I am able to post pics I would. I will NEVER go back there again, totally dissapointed!

I am sorry to say, but my experience on Monday afternoon was not what I received two weeks ago. I believe your Manager Naaim (not sure if spelt correctly) has left your company. His service two weeks ago was impressive, professional, hands on and diligent. He gave me a time and when I came back to get my car, he asked me to wait another 5 minutes just to make sure (taking a cloth) that the marks left on the car was cleaned correctly. For a manager to go that extra mile says allot. On Sunday afternoon, I was left with streaks on my car, not vacuumed correctly and late. When I went to pay, your staff was busy with a massage session in the office. When I walked into the office, she had the ordasity to laugh. The "manager" that took care of my car said he did not see the streaks because of the lighting. I suppose eating in my car while vacuuming was also because of the lighting. I have my car washed there every month. I'm sorry to say but I will not come back if NAAIM DOES NOT COME BACK. You lost a good manager.
