Bought fully refundable tickets which they then refused to refund me for!!!! I was emailing back and forth with support for weeks. They eventually stopped responding altogether. The event came about and by LUCK it was absolute chaos to the point where they had to refund everyone's tickets. The irony is that the fully refundable tickets are listed as "trust" on the email invoice. Will never use Howler again and I recommend others don't either.
Since my last complaint, I was told I would be paid out for my dental claim. I've just received an email saying the claims were made outside of the claim window when that was the issue in the first place!!!! If they actually checked the portal they would see the claims were made in the window period. I'm so sick of this horrible scheme!!! I will be cancelling. This is beyond pathetic.
********** - No clear instructions around dental claims. I've been ignored for the past 5 months. They keep pushing the issue back to Denis (3rd party who deal with dentistry claims) but it's their issue to address. Denis can't do anything without the necessary information. Seemingly no way to pull this information from the member's portal. This is around R6k worth of dentist work!!!! Completely regret joining this medical aid.

I've just transferred my domains to be hosted with Xneelo - they've provided the most efficient and clear support I've received in YEARS. Very very happy to be using their service ^_^ Highly recommend
ETA between 12:00 and 13:00. Turned up at 13:35. No communication of running late. I rang the company at 13:15, they hung up on me. Refused to answer my call after. No communication to the mechanic as he still came through. Seriously unprofessional. Will not be recommending
Currently in a legal battle with Legends (two years running). Sold me a car with faulty gears. It cut out in the middle of traffic on the N1 within the first 3 days. Requested a refund within the week which was denied. DO NOT purchase a car from this dealership! They're dishonest and conniving.
