Good day What a horrible experience!!! we booked our Valentines lunch on the Friday for the Sunday as they were fully booked the Saturday on Valentines, Sunday(15/2/2026) The food came and the meat was black and dry both the ribs and the wings, it was smothered in sauce to hide that it’s old. The chips was fried in old oil. We called the waiters and she removed the food immediately without even asking if she. A call the manager or replace the food. We insisted to speak to the manager. The manager said that Wikideals will refund me. He also mentioned that the food was made the day before on Valentine’s Day. How are you onboarding restaurants that gives old food? Wikideals still haven’t refunded my money.
The worst experience ever. I complained that the car isn’t clean, inside and out. The manager and her whole team ganged up, verbally abusing me and my family. Some of the staff members physically threatened us. I will lodge a complaint at the centre management, this place is unsafe and they don’t provide the service you paid for.
Been waiting since the 22nd for my refund. I’ve called and emailed MyRunway, their customer service and turnaround time is poor
I’ve been in the branch, and called the call centre 7 times regarding closing my call account to access my OWN Funds. It’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’m not asking for Capitec’s funds, I’m asking for my own money!!! Can a manager call me asap and assist
Do not use the capitec license renewal option. I paid for two vehicles and no disc received Call Centre can’t assist and tells me to go to the traffic department. Day light *******!!
Good day I have never seen or experienced such horrible service in my life, and I worked in the motor Industry for 20 years. Its shocking! My mother and I flew from Cape Town to Johannesburg Saturday at 6am. Upon arrival in Menlyn, the car was not prepared for delivery, it was stuck without fuel, and dirty. We waited for someone to fetch petrol so that i can test drive the car. Eventually the petrol arrived and i was told i cannot drive the car outside of the parking area, i can only drive it in the parking space of planet 42. After circling once, (which you cannot make a informed decision regarding the engine, sounds etc) Graham took me to the desk to sign the contract and pay over the deposit of R25900.00 We left the planet 42 space at Menlyn at 13hoo, after filling up the vehicle (R1200) we left for Cape Town. We didn't even drive 1km and the car started jerking, smoking, overheating and lost power and the engine light was on. I immediately called Graham and advised him and said im turning around at the Rigel off ramp. Thank goodness we made it back to Menlyn shopping centre where Planet 42 operates from. When i parked the vehicle, there engine was smoking up, whole car was jerking. I switched it off and he wouldn't start again. How is it possible that a car passed roadworthy in such a state, its impossible. That roadworthy certificate must be ****. I won't be surprised if half the cars are code3's. Im 100% sure that the "dealership" and sales people where aware of the cars faulty issues, but they just want to make commission. Can you imagine 2 woman alone on the road must of gotten stuck next to the road!! This was a terrible experience and cost me an arm and a leg. I want to following refunded to me for all the cost i incurred, which i wouldn'thavehad if the car i boughtwasn'ta wreck: 1- R1200 full tank of fuel in the Mercedes 2- Refund all the plane tickets we had to purchase to get back home R3432 3- proof that the contract is cancelled and proof the debit order is cancelled. Total refund R4632.00 my banking details are attached, i trust this will be done ASAP! kind regards Shirley Thomsen
I purchased a two gifts on Takealot through Payflex, the Amout was R973. the one gift of R769 was returned and takealot refunded the R769 to the Payflex account. Payflex then refunded me only R243.25 cents, insted of the R769. i have send them numerous emails without any reply. i want my full refund paid to me!!
i was called earlier today after i lodged a complaint regarding a payment that was double deducted and not allocated, this person was offensive, arrogant and shouted at me instead of listening to my problem. she didn't once ask me to email her the proof of payment in order to fix the "missing" payment allocation. I had to go into the gym with all the proof of payment in order to rectify the isue( after waiting for 3 weeks) this woman that called me is inadequate! i demand a apology call and email from her asap. if i didn't go in and demand the branch manager to look at my evidence, plant fitness would of taken a "free" months subscription. This woman had the audacity to close the query without alowing me to give proof. All this because of Plant fitness Acounting issues. it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth that i had to sovle a compies admin and accounts issues after being shouted at... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
if there was a half a star review if would still be too much for them. I ordered 2 pizza through Mr d, the most horrendous things arrived without a topping. the one pizza was like an old cracker bread with tomato over( thinly spread). 24 hours later and Mr D hasn't refunded me, instead they send me a R20 voucher, they can stick it where the sun dont shine!
